WWE 2K26's Season 4 Ringside Pass is here, and its premium track is headlined by The Hardy Boyz, AAA's Lady Shani, and Jelly Roll.
Back in March, when 2K first confirmed The Hardy Boyz for WWE 2K26 Ringside Pass Season 4, we didn't know which version of the Hardy Boyz we're getting. We now have an answer, and it is the best possible one: you get both. Season 4 is live, and it brings the modern Hardys plus a Team Xtreme Jeff Hardy '00 and Lita '00 Personas straight out of the Attitude Era.
It is a genuinely strong drop, with one celebrity addition that fans have been focusing on as a potentially wasted slot for a different wrestler. Here's everything in this new DLC pack.
What Season 4 Adds
The Premium Track headliners are unlocked and claimable immediately in Tier 1, no grind required for the marquee names:
- The Hardy Boyz, Matt and Jeff, returning as a team. Jeff has been absent from the series since WWE 2K22 and Matt since WWE 2K20, so this is a real reunion, and we also get an alternate attire for Jeff with no face paint.
- Jelly Roll, the Grammy-winning musician and lifelong WWE fan, as a fully playable character for the first time, following multiple appearances on the ring hanging with the likes of Randy Orton, Drew McIntyre, Logan Paul, and Kit Wilson.
- Lady Shani, the two-time AAA Reina de Reinas Champion, is making her debut in a WWE video game.
Together, they bring a combined 47 new moves and taunts, including the Dokugumo Death Drop, Springboard 450, and Black Tiger Submission for Create-A-Superstar.
The Team Xtreme personas, Jeff Hardy '00 and Lita '00, are the nostalgia centerpiece, but they are progression unlocks on the Premium Track. The free track, meanwhile, gets its own persona set, including historical looks for Chad Gable '16 (from his American Alpha days), John Cena '25, and Shinsuke Nakamura '23, earnable by all players through gameplay. It's just a missed opportunity, in my opinion, not to have Jason Jordan also appear in this season pass alongside Gable.
The Ringside Pass as it is in Season 4
When we reviewed WWE 2K26, our verdict was blunt: baffling changes eclipse the good. The core grievance was not the wrestling, which remains enjoyable. It was the Ringside Pass itself, 2K's decision to lock legends and DLC behind a battle-pass grind rather than the old instant-unlock Accelerator that let premium buyers access everyone from the start. We wrote that the game made us nostalgic not for the Attitude Era it was selling, but for a time when DLC unlocked the moment you paid for it.
A while back, 2K fixed this by making the DLC wrestlers instantly unlockable within the first tier of the premium track, which solved the most major complaint fans had with this approach. However, previous premium track offerings didn't land as expected, with many fans not caring so much about the Borderlands crossover wrestlers in Season 2's Premium Ringside Pass.
New classic attires and personas have since lived in the premium and free tracks of Seasons 3 and now Season 4, which is a step in the right direction.
Season 4 shows that Visual Concepts, at least, is taking notes on what its fans are looking for. The four new Superstars are handed to you at Tier 1, with the Team Xtreme personas unlockable in later tiers.
Who Wants to Play As Jelly Roll?
The Hardys and Lady Shani are wrestling additions with clear in-ring cases. Lady Shani continues 2K's AAA push this year, following the earlier additions of the likes of La Parka and El Hijo del Vikingo to the roster, and her masked, technical style gives her a real identity in the game.
Meanwhile, Jelly Roll also continues a different WWE agenda, although it's the more contentious one. Celebrities have always been part of the WWE ethos, and Jelly Roll making it to this year's roster isn't very surprising. While his in-ring performance has left fans in awe, there are still those who question his inclusion in a paid add-on content pack. Who wants to play Jelly Roll, even?
Still, I'm personally happy that someone like Jelly Roll is in the game. In previous years, I've praised the inclusions of Bad Bunny and Logan Paul, back when the two had not yet been wrestling as often but had performed really well in the ring.
Last year's inclusions of Tyrese Haliburton, Shaquille O'Neal, and Jalen Brunson were also cool, and the recent interactions between Brunson and the WWE at the Garden have been genuine highlights of this year's programming. So, celebrities aren't always a bad thing in wrestling, despite what many people on X.com would say.

Looking ahead, the WrestleMania 42 Pack arrives August 19, free for Monday Night War Edition owners and sold separately for everyone else. It includes both Night 1 and Night 2 arenas and WrestleMania 42 personas for Cody Rhodes, Liv Morgan, and Alexa Bliss. Liv Morgan's card notably includes her new "Trouble" theme.
Season 4 also continues the roster rollout we have tracked all year, from the Natural Disasters to Danhausen, across the game's six planned Ringside Pass seasons.
Should You Claim It
If you own the Attitude Era Edition or Monday Night War Edition, Season 4 is included in your Season Pass, and there is no decision to make; go claim the Hardys. If you are buying the Premium Pass individually, the value case is strong on the names alone: a legendary tag team, a debuting AAA champion, and 47 new moves is a lot of content.
