Brielle Biermann is getting candid about her upcoming nuptials — and opening up about whether Kroy Biermann will be in attendance.
Speaking to TMZ on Wednesday, July 15, the 29-year-old TV star shared that it was “in the air” whether or not her mom Kim Zolciak’s estranged husband would be at her wedding to minor league baseball player Billy Seidl, 26.
“I haven’t really spoken to Kroy. ...Like I said, it’s in the air, ever changing,” she told the outlet.
Brielle also teased to the outlet that her wedding was “soon,” but declined to reveal any exact dates. However, she shared with TMZ that it would be a beachfront event.
Brielle revealed her engagement to Seidl in February 2024, after the couple went public with their relationship in April 2023.
In photos shared to Instagram of Seidl’s proposal back in 2024, the former Kannapolis Cannon Ballers pitcher could be seen down on one knee to pop the question to Brielle, who covered her mouth in surprise.
“Forever with you 🤍🥹🫀🫶🏻,” she wrote underneath the photos.
Brielle, as well as mom Kim, 48, and sister Ariana, 24, have been candid about their estrangement from former NFL star Kroy, 37, amid the couple’s divorce and custody battle over their four younger children.
The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star and Kroy share Kroy Jr., 14, Kash, 13, and twins Kaia and Kane, 12, as well as Zolciak’s daughters from her previous relationship, Ariana and Brielle. Biermann adopted the Bravo star’s eldest daughters shortly after they wed in November 2011.

In her conversation with TMZ, Brielle said that she “doesn’t agree with a lot of the things that he’s done, seemingly referring to the custody battle over her four youngest siblings.
“I haven’t really spoken to him, so I don’t know,” she told the outlet when asked if she believes Kroy is in need of anger management. “I don’t agree with a lot of the things that he’s done. ...My mom doesn’t deserve to be in this situation.”
According to TMZ, a judge recently temporarily granted Biermann primary physical custody of their four kids — Kroy Jr., 14, Kash, 13, and twins Kaia and Kane, 12 — after he alleged that the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 47, was “unstable and unfit.”
Zolciak and Biermann will continue to share joint legal custody of the children. However, Biermann will reportedly have the final decision-making authority when it comes to education, non-emergency medical, and religious decisions. They both will also have limited parenting time with their children every other weekend.
In response to Biermann’s claims, Zolciak told PEOPLE in May that she is “looking forward” to their court date, noting that she’ll finally have the opportunity to “present the truth.”
The latest update in the case came in June, when Zolciak alleged in a motion for an emergency hearing that Kroy was not taking proper care of their four children while they are in his custody.
According to documents obtained by PEOPLE, Zolciak claimed that without the court’s immediate intervention, the minor children are “at risk of ongoing mental and physical abuse” by her former partner, claiming they “constantly” reach out to her for food or medicine while in his care.
At the time, representatives for Zolciak and Biermann did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
