Kim Zolciak filed for divorce from Kroy Biermann in 2023. She could’ve been incarcerated for unpaid fees to the guardian ad litem in their divorce case.

TMZ reported that the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum paid $2,535 to cover the fees on Tuesday, July 14. The former couple had a custody battle for their four minor kids.

The former couple’s oldest, Brielle Biermann, is engaged to Billy Seidl. She told TMZ that she doesn’t know if her father will be there on her wedding day, and they haven’t spoken recently.

Zolciak, 48, revealed details about their custody agreement in April, according to Bravo TV. She claimed she failed to follow through on their agreement because of work.

“I signed a temporary order at the end of January. That order clearly states that both the mother and father are to participate in two counseling sessions per month for two months, followed by one session per month thereafter,” she wrote on her Instagram Story.

“I was out of the country from February 26 through March 28 due to contractual filming obligations on two separate productions. During that time, I did not have a single day off, making it impossible to attend the required counseling sessions,” she continued.

The Don’t Be Tardy star said she’ll complete the counseling sessions the following week and continues to have custody of her children. She’s going to be in The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th with Vicki Gunvalson, Luann de Lesseps, Porsha Williams, Teresa Guidice, Kyle Richards, Gizelle Bryant, and Lisa Barlow. The season premieres on August 9.

Zolciak is also a contestant on the new series, Squid Game: The VIP Challenge. The cast includes Ryan Serhant, Tristan Thompson, Kristy Sarah, Mel B, Hannah Godwin, Dylan Efron, and Viper from Squid Game: The Challenge. Netflix hasn’t revealed a premiere date for the new competition.
