Somebody call 9-1-1 because Jennifer Love Hewitt’s hair is fire.
After all, the 9-1-1 actress recently got a touch up to her freshly blonde hairdo in preparation to film the upcoming season of the ABC series.
In a video shared to Instagram July 15, Hewitt put her lighter locks on display by running her fingers through her hair and showing off the freshly styled look.
In the caption, she simply wrote, “Season 10 hair ready! Let’s go!”
While Hewitt’s hair appeared slightly lighter than the dirty blonde hairdo she’s been sporting in recent months, she made the striking change after nearly a year as a redhead. For the reveal, she reenacted the iconic “bend and snap” line from Legally Blonde while showing her before and after.
“We always do a hair change for hiatus!” she captioned a separate Instagram post at the time. “I loved time with my girls and this new look.”

Meanwhile, the I Know What You Did Last Summer star left her classic brunette vibes in the past when she debuted her red hair in May 2025, with her sporting the look for season nine of the drama. Alongside a selfie of the new hair, she wrote, “I have wanted to be red for so long!”
Beyond keeping her followers up to date on her hairstyle choices through the years, Hewitt has given fans a peek into her relationship with husband Brian Hallisay, who she married in 2013.
"12 years of being married to the man of my dreams," she wrote on Instagram in November alongside selfies of the pair. "Happy Anniversary my love."
But while the Criminal Minds alum is happy to share some details of her life, she’s been vocal about keeping her and Hallisay’s kids Autumn, 12, Atticus, 11, and Aidan, 4, out of the spotlight—even if their eldest is hoping to follow in their acting footsteps.
"Our big thing with her is, even though my experience as a kid actor was very positive, I think we've both sort of said, ‘Stay in school, do that,'" she told E! News in 2024. "'Grow up. Wait until you're a little bit older. Don't take all of this on quite yet.’"
