Heather Locklear is only getting better with age.
The blonde beauty, 64, who rose to stardom as Sammie Jo Carrington on Dynasty and the wild Amanda Woodward on Melrose Place, currently appears on the popular What Do You Want? podcast with her friendsJillian Barberieand Nurse Mel from the wellness company Twelve28. But the actress, whose romantic relationships have included Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee, Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora, and fellow Melrose Place alum Jack Wagner, has found love again with Renegade star Lorenzo Lamas. And in a new candid photo shared by the actor, Locklear is simply glowing as she stands on the sidewalk in a casual white outfit. It's safe to say Lamas only has eyes for Locklear!
Did Heather Locklear Know She Saved Melrose Place?
In a recent spread with the other lovely ladies of Melrose Place featured in PEOPLE, Locklear’s former co-stars lamented that she was the force that saved the show from cancellation.
“I did not know that,” said Locklear, who admitted that at the time, she was just looking for work as an actor.
“I wasn’t saving it, I just wanted a job,” she shared.
As for when Locklear realized the show was a runaway hit, there was one key moment.
“I think once we did the Rolling Stone cover, I went, ‘This is awesome,'” she noted.
Heather Locklear’s Daughter Looks Just Like Her
Back in March, Locklear looked better than ever at the bridal shower of her and Richie Sambora’s daughter, Ava Sambora. Dressed in chic sundresses alongside a friend, Locklear and Sambora smiled brightly for the camera at the joyous occasion. With blue eyes and blonde hair, it’s safe to say that the apple didn’t fall far from the tree!
Back in June, PEOPLE shared that Ava graduated from the USC Rossier School of Education in May 2023 with a Master’s in family therapy, and was recently accepted to Pepperdine University, where she will begin working toward her doctorate in the fall.
Locklear has expressed how proud she is of her daughter, sharing a photo from her graduation with a caption that read, “Such a proud mama. Congratulations my baby, with your masters in MFT. With your hard work and perseverance and kind heart.”
