A portion of Jacaman Road will be closed overnight Monday for the installation of a water main crossing in Laredo, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.
The full closure will take place from 7 p.m. Monday to 6 a.m. Tuesday.
It will affect Jacaman Road between Loop 20, also known as U.S. 59, and Arena Boulevard.
Traffic will be detoured through Arena Boulevard. Motorists should expect delays and seek alternate routes, TxDOT said.
The work is part of TxDOT and the City of Laredo’s joint utility relocation efforts for the U.S. 59 Loop Upgrade Project.
