Constable’s office: 2 men arrested in felony drug, criminal nonsupport cases

Two men were arrested on felony drug and criminal nonsupport charges, according to the Webb County Precinct 1 Constable’s Office.

The Webb County Precinct 1 Constable’s Office announced the recent arrests of two individuals on felony charges.

Roberto Patricio Aldape was charged with possession of a controlled substance, Penalty Group 1, between 1 gram and 4 grams, a third-degree felony.

Jail records show Aldape was booked into Webb County Jail on July 6 and released July 8 after posting an $8,000 bond.

Jonathan Contreras was served with an active warrant charging criminal nonsupport, a state jail felony.

Jail records show Contreras was booked July 15 and released the same day after posting a $1,616 cash bond.
