Brad Pitt wants girlfriend Ines de Ramon to step out of the shadows, a source tells In Touch.

“Ines has never been the type to want the spotlight and that’s something Brad finds very refreshing after so many years in Hollywood,” shares the source. “But at the same time he does want to see her reach her full potential.”

Earlier this month, the jewelry designer, 33, made headlines when makeup artist Charlie Riddle and hairstylist Laurie Zanoletti posted photos of the couple getting ready for Taylor Swift‘s New York City wedding to Travis Kelce.

“He doesn’t like the idea that she’s only known as his plus one because he knows how much she has to offer in her own right,” the source adds. “He’s not pushing her to become a movie star like he is, but she does get tons of offers to model and work on brands and he’s encouraging her to go for it.”

So much so, Pitt, 62, would even put his money where his mouth is.

“If she wanted, he’d gladly back her starting a new jewelry line,” says the source. “She’s got a real passion for design and such impeccable taste … [and] he just wants her to embrace everything she has to offer.”

Plus, “he thinks she’s got genuine star quality and is already so well-liked in A-list circles,” adds the source. “All she needs to do is step it up a few notches and show the world how incredible she is.”
