Will Smith debuted a fully shaved head in Monaco, weeks after a viral video of Jada Pinkett Smith brushing past him sparked claims that her act was harsh and rude

Will Smith debuted a completely shaved head during a solo appearance in Monaco, weeks after a disputed video of Jada Pinkett Smith appearing to brush past him sparked criticism online.

The 57-year-old actor showed off the new bald look while attending the E1 Series Monaco Grand Prix, an electric powerboat racing event.

Smith, who owns the Westbrook Racing by Visit Angola team, appeared in good spirits as he entered the paddock, smiled for photographers, and flashed a peace sign. He also posed with Monaco’s Prince Albert II and E1 founder Alejandro Agag.

Smith’s appearance followed a clip from a family outing in Paris that circulated widely on social media. The footage showed the Oscar winner stopping to sign autographs while Jada walked closely behind him. It comes after Jada raised health concerns as she grabbed onto her husband during an outing.

In the video, Jada placed her hand on Smith’s back as she moved past him and continued walking. She later smiled and briefly turned toward photographers calling her name.

The clip was posted with the claim, "Jada Pinkett shoved Will Smith aside while he was signing autographs for fans and walked away like he was a complete stranger."

Some viewers described the moment as cold or disrespectful.

"Shoving him aside mid-autograph like that felt unnecessarily harsh," one person wrote.

Another commented, 'This relationship is toxic...simply put...if you have no respect for your spouse (Jada), then move on...can't you do better by yourself..."

"She hates that he gets all the attention," another viewer claimed.

Other users pushed back, saying the video did not show Jada shoving her husband.

"She touched him as she passed. Like an acknowledgment. No shoving," one person wrote.

Another added, "She didn’t shove him to the side at all, nor did she ignore him like a stranger, considering she’s following her daughter."

Smith and Jada married in 1997, but Jada revealed in 2023 that they had been separated since 2016. The pair remain legally married and have continued to describe themselves as family despite living largely separate lives.

"By the time we got to 2016, we were just exhausted with trying," Jada told Hoda Kotb. "I think we were both still stuck in our fantasy of what we thought the other person should be."

She said she had resisted filing for divorce because of a promise she had made.

"I made a promise that there will never be a reason for us to get a divorce," she said. "We will work through whatever. And I just haven't been able to break that promise."

A source previously told People, "Call it what you want. They are living their own lives but haven't completely severed ties."

Smith is now preparing for another Hollywood project. He is expected to star in Supermax, a thriller about two FBI agents investigating a murder inside a high-security prison. Meanwhile, his daughter Willow spoke out about her "privileged" family.
