Brovdi noted that on July 21-22, as part of Operation MoLoChKa, Ukrainian forces struck 13 Russian shadow fleet vessels in the Azov and Black seas.
He clarified that the targets included one tanker, ten dry cargo ships, and two tugboats.
He emphasized that between July 6 and July 22, a total of 196 shadow fleet vessels were identified and destroyed under the operation, with 126 hit in the Sea of Azov and 70 in the Black Sea.

“The SBS operation 'Crimean Switch Off' on July 21-22 successfully struck 13 power nodes and substations in Crimea (11) and other occupied territories (2),” Madyar wrote. “The total number of energy targets hit between July 1 and July 22 reached 117, with evidence to be provided later.”

A drone attack struck Wildberries logistics centers in Krasnodar and Nevinnomyssk (Stavropol Krai) on the night of July 22.
The Telegram channel Astra, citing its own OSINT analysis, reported that a large-scale fire broke out at a Wildberries warehouse on Tikhoretskaya Street in northeastern Krasnodar. Wildberries previously announced the evacuation of the logistics complex, noting the measure was taken “in accordance with safety requirements”.
