Updated at 6:50 a.m.: Satellite imagery analyzed by Crimean Wind shows a significant fire at a major electrical substation in Yalta.
Channel subscribers reported that the power in Yalta went out at approximately 3:30 a.m.
Crimean Wind previously reported that the attack caused localized power outages in several districts of Yalta in addition to the fire.
Subscribers later clarified that a bright glow was observed following the explosions in Yalta, likely in the area of Darsan Hill.

"The fire is believed to be on Darsan Hill, where the electrical substation of the same name is located, which has been repeatedly attacked in the past," Crimean Wind wrote.
Channel subscribers reported that explosions and gunfire were also heard in Fedosia.
"In Feodosia, mobile fire teams attempted to shoot down 'good' drones, but to no avail – subscribers report the smell of burning in the city," Crimean Wind wrote.
The commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces (USF) Robert "Madyar" Brovdi reported that on the night of July 19, the USF hit 13 substations in Crimea and four Russian "shadow fleet" vessels in the Black Sea.
Brovdi clarified that the USF struck 59 enemy targets overnight. Two tankers, a bulk carrier, and a floating crane were hit in the Black Sea. Ukrainian drones struck 13 power plants and substations in occupied territories, eight of which are in Crimea.

The USF struck seven Russian vessels in the Black and Azov seas overnight on July 20, alongside seven power plants and substations in occupied Crimea.
Several facilities in occupied Crimea were damaged on the night of July 21, causing a major fire at a wholesale distribution center and leaving part of the peninsula without power.
