Russian strikes damaged civilian infrastructure in the city. One Russian drone hit a two-story building, partially destroying it, Kiper said.
He later said an 82-year-old woman and a 54-year-old man were injured. The grounds of a vehicle service station were also damaged.
At about 12:30 p.m., Ukraine’s Air Force warned of drones flying from the Black Sea toward Odesa. Suspilne reported explosions in the city.

Russian forces have intensified drone and missile strikes on Odesa and surrounding Oblast in recent weeks.
On July 20, Russian forces struck infrastructure facilities in Odesa, killing three people.
