McDonald’s is putting a sweet spin on the bacon, egg and cheese.
The golden arches announced on Monday, July 20, that it’s rolling out a new Honey Brown Butter Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit.
The breakfast addition will be on menus starting Tuesday, July 21, for a limited time at participating restaurants across the U.S.
“This breakfast sandwich takes the classic bacon, egg and cheese ingredients and nestles them between a freshly baked biscuit cut in half with creamy, toasty Honey Brown Butter,” reads an announcement shared with PEOPLE.
A release on McDonald’s USA Menu Spotter adds, “Some mornings call for something sweet. Others demand something savory. Why not enjoy both?”
“Your morning routine just found its sweetest upgrade,” the description adds. “Don’t hit snooze on heading to your nearest McDonald’s – this breakfast item won’t be around forever!”
The fast food chain also recently announced that it will launch Caesar Sauce for a limited time, plus two items showcasing the sauce.
According to a July 14 release, the new sauce is “a creamy, garlicky parmesan blend infused with notes of lemon” and can be ordered à la carte.
Beginning July 21 at participating locations, customers can add the new sauce to two items for “a glow-up,” the release said.
The Caesar Snack Wrap includes a McCrispy Strip, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese and the Caesar Sauce in a soft tortilla.
The Bacon Caesar McCrispy Sandwich features a McCrispy filet topped with Caesar Sauce, thick-cut applewood smoked bacon, shredded lettuce, Roma tomatoes, crispy onions and pickles on a toasted potato roll.
McDonald’s also revealed that it’s making its McCrispy Strips “even crispier” with panko breading.
The company said it updated its chicken tenders “all because fans asked for it.”
“Whether you’re dipping, wrapping or sandwiching, Caesar Sauce is here at McDonald’s for a limited time to make your favorite chicken order a summer staple,” the release added.
