Some animals have an uncanny ability to find the people that they are meant to be with. For one orange kitty, that moment came at exactly the right time — and not a minute too late.
In a recent TikTok video, user @tayandtyga shared that a stray cat started showing up repeatedly at their home just as they were in the midst of moving preparations. The determined orange tabby seemed determined to make this family his own, even if they were just days away from moving.
The video starts with a series of clips showing the outdoor cat interacting with the resident pets through windows and doors. Although the family's resident cat seemed wary of the stranger outside initially, it didn't take long before his caution was replaced by curiosity. As a dog and a cat watch from inside the door, a clip of the orange cat rolling around on the deck outside has clearly piqued their interest.
The onscreen text updates the story with "He kept coming back... every single day," as the two cats calmly stare at each other through a glass window door, looking like long-lost friends.
Before long, the happy ending is revealed as the newly minted pack of 4 animals play inside the new house, and Garf, the former stray, happily sits for pets with his cat mom.
