Global game developer and publisher HAEGIN (CEO Lee Young-il) announced that its casual social media game 'Play Together' will launch its second massive collaboration update with SAMG Entertainment's flagship IP, 'Catch! Teenieping' (specifically Season 6, 'Princess Catch! Teenieping'), on Thursday, the 23rd.
This update features a story where players can enjoy a spectacular ball with the Princess Teeniepings who have arrived at the Kaia Island Plaza and participate in a competition to crown the best princess.
First, a highly immersive new story quest will be added. Guided by Hachuping, players will enter the ballroom to meet the chairwoman, 'Dianaping,' and experience an exciting narrative that includes transforming into 'Princess Fancy Heart' to confront the new entity, 'Eclipseping.' Additionally, daily guide missions will be available to help residents dress up alongside characters like Sappuping and Pponiping. Completing these missions rewards players with five cute Teenieping profile pictures and event resources.
The 'Ice Breaking Minigame' being added to the Plaza's event zone is also a highlight. Players use event coins collected through missions to break ice and collect hidden props in a carrier. Accumulating points through this minigame allows players to earn free rewards, including a dedicated 'Princess House,' a 'Dianaping Pet,' and a full set of 'Princess Luminous Costumes.' Other events include a treasure chest hunt in the Plaza and a 7-day cumulative attendance event that rewards players with an 'Eclipseping Draw Ticket.'
This update also introduces a wealth of content designed to maximize the fun of collecting and crafting. Through the 'Card Collection Event,' which runs until August 30, players can obtain the 'Auroraping Wings,' which allow them to fly through the sky in style. Furthermore, the newly opened 'Magic Mirror Workshop' allows players to craft various furniture and items themed after the Princess Teeniepings, as well as exchange 'Catch' tools for Princess Hearts.
A HAEGIN representative stated, "Thanks to the support from our global users for last year's collaboration, we have prepared an even more upgraded partnership featuring a princess concept," adding, "We hope players enjoy this special festival with cute Teeniepings while wearing their own unique dresses at the grand ball."
