The Kellanova snack portfolio, from Cheez-It to Pringles, sure knows how to wow us with out-of-the-box flavors. We certainly never expected flavors like Hawaiian BBQ Pringles and Chili Cheese Dog Cheez-It crackers. However, maybe the most surprising was Pringles’ wild collaboration with Miller Lite.
Last summer, Pringles teamed up with Miller Lite for a line of chips infused with the malt beer’s flavor. Fans loved the Beer Can Chicken and Grilled Beer Brat crisps so much that Pringles brought the collaboration back this year with a new Beer Cheese Burger flavor.
Now, Cheez-It is taking a page out of its sister brand’s book by teaming up with its own beer company for a first-of-its-kind cheese cracker that, when we saw it, had our jaws on the floor. Cheez-It is collaborating with Coors Light for an all-new Coors Light Beer Cheese cracker.
Cheez-It Launches New Coors Light Beer Cheese Flavor
There are three things you really can’t have a good party without: snacks, dips, and beer. So, just in time for fall football and tailgate season, Cheez-It is combining the three—no cooler needed.
The new Cheez-It Coors Light Beer Cheese crackers feature the cheesy, savory, rich, tangy flavors of beer cheese in a crunchy snack you won’t be able to resist. The new Cheez-It is baked with 100 percent real cheese and features that signature Rocky Mountain taste of Coors Light.
Each cracker has the malty, hoppy flavors of the light beer without any actual alcohol. You’re left with a cheesy, toasted, spiced cracker that combines the best flavors of Coors Light, savory beer cheese, and a signature Cheez-It.
When rumors began swirling online about this new flavor, fans of Cheez-It and Coors Light were quick to express their excitement.
“My two fav things in [the] world,” one Instagram user wrote on a @snackolator post.
“Wait. I need it,” commented another.
“Please tell me this is real,” a user begged.
The Cheez-It Coors Light Beer Cheese crackers are very real—and they’ll be available soon. Cheez-It says you can expect to see the collab hitting shelves nationwide in August, but some stores may stock the crackers early. The Coors Light Beer Cheese Cheez-Its will only be sold for a limited time, so be sure to grab enough boxes to get you through tailgate season!
