A bus with approximately 23 people on board rolled over on the southbound Thruway near Newburgh the morning of Tuesday, July 21.
The rollover happened at approximately 10:30 a.m. at mile marker 69.5, about 9 or 10 miles north of the Newburgh entrance/exit point.
While multiple people were hurt, New York State Police said no life-threatening injuries had been reported.
The left lanes on both the southbound and northbound sides of the Thruway were blocked as a result of the crash.
Multiple local fire companies and emergency medical service crews were on the scene, along with Thruway traffic safety crews.
State police said their investigation of the crash is continuing. No other information was immediately available.
