Alix Earle and Lando Norris are getting to know each other.
Two weeks after the influencer, 25, and the F1 driver, 26, sparked dating rumors by leaving the same private members’ club in London, a source tells PEOPLE that the two have been on several dates.
“Alix and Landon are talking and it’s too early to call it the dating stage yet,” the source says, adding that the pair have “had a few group hangout dates and were really into each other.”
“They’re still in communication and plan to meet up, but they are taking things very slowly,” the source continues.
Reps for Earle and Norris did not respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
Earle and Norris were first spotted out together on July 9, when Deuxmoi published photos of the duo separately exiting The Twenty Two, a private members’ club in London’s Mayfair district, in the early hours of the morning.
In one clip, Norris could be seen sprinting to his vehicle as the cameras flashed, donning black athleisure and a white cap. Earle was snapped in a nude dress, strolling down the sidewalk with bestie Anastasia Karanikolaou, 29, by her side.
Earlier this year, Earle was briefly linked to retired NFL star Tom Brady. A source told PEOPLE in February that the pair were “hooking up” after they were spotted looking cozy together at a New Year’s Eve party in St. Barths and then publicly reunited over Super Bowl weekend.
She previously dated New York Giants wide receiver Braxton Berrios for two years, splitting in late 2025.

Norris was previously rumored to be dating Portuguese model and actress Margarida Corceiro since the pair were first spotted together in May 2023.
Though fans believed the pair had gone their separate ways by August 2024 — when Norris shared at an event that he was single — the duo appeared to rekindle their romance when she was seen in the stands at the Monaco Grand Prix in May 2025. And the duo even shared a kiss on Dec. 7 after Norris won the 76th Formula One World Championship.
Later this year, Earle is set to star on a new Netflix reality series with her family titled Earle Meets World. Per the official logline, the series will chronicle “the real-time messiness of a young woman in transition.” Since the announcement, Earle has teased what’s to come on social media, noting how it will document the ups and downs she’s faced in the spotlight in the past year.
“I’m so used to being in control of what I share and what I keep private, so having cameras around in moments I normally wouldn’t post is definitely an adjustment,” Earle said in a TikTok from February. “I just am going through so much emotionally right now in my life. I feel like you guys are just really going to see me going through it.”
