Sibelyx is an Ice-type Pal that you can find fairly rarely in the frigid northern snow biome in Palworld. There's also a boss version of this Pal inside the Sealed Realm of the Pristine, a boss dungeon found on the top of the Frostbound Mountain just south of the desert biome. These Pals make for good companions in combat, but where they truly shine is their ability to passively provide High Quality Cloth for you in Palworld.
Where to Find Sibelyx in Palworld
You can find Sibelyxes by the southwestern foot of the Astral Mountains, which is all the way to the north from Windswept Island. They seem to be very rare compared to the other Pals that spawn in this area, and to make things worse, they're also quite hard to spot because of how well they blend with the snowy environment.
Given how spawns work in Palworld, it's hard to give an exact location on where to find a wild Sibelyx, but thankfully, you can catch the boss version of this Pal found inside the Sealed Realm of the Pristine, which you can find on the map marker noted above. This is a level 40 Pal boss, so be prepared.
How to Breed Sibelyx
There are quite a few different breeding combinations that result in a Sibelyx being born, but what I'd recommend is a Penking and Bushi. Boss versions of these Pals can be found very early in the game, making them much more accessible to all players compared to the other Sibelyx breeding combos.
Considering their overall rarity in the overworld, breeding Sibelyxes is going to be the best way to get enough of them for Condensation.
Sibelyx Stats and Partner Skills
Sibelyx's Partner Skill is Silk Shroud. It's a command-type skill that orders Sibelyx to launch a frozen spike at an enemy. This attack has a 10% damage multiplier, making it a useful Partner Skill for players who like to rotate between Pals in combat.
Additionally, when placed in a Ranch, Sibelyx will produce High Quality Cloth. Producing this material normally costs 10 Wool, but if you have a Sibelyx in your base, you can get them for free. This is a massive quality-of-life improvement over bases that only produce Wool, especially once you enter the mid-game stage where High Quality Cloth becomes more important for crafting armor and other base amenities.
Work Suitability
Sibelyx has the following Work Suitability skill levels:
- Medicine Production 3
- Cooling 3
- Farming 3
If you're looking for a Pal that can farm and produce medicine for you during the early part of the mid-game phase, then Sibelyxes are a decent choice. However, they do get overshadowed by Lyleens when it comes to Farming and Medicine Production, though you can still use them to power base buildings that require Cooling.
Still, having a Sibelyx in a Ranch is probably more beneficial for your overall progression than assigning them to a Cooling job. If you want a Pal to keep your freezers running, you might as well use something else.
