After nearly three years away from the ring, Errol Spence Jr. is finally set to make his return when he travels to Australia to face hometown star Tim Tszyu in one of boxing's most notable events this weekend.
Spence hasn't fought since July 2023, when he suffered the first loss of his professional career in a ninth-round TKO defeat to Terence Crawford in their undisputed welterweight championship clash.

Standing across from him is Tszyu, who has stayed active despite a setback last year. After losing to Sebastian Fundora via seventh-round stoppage in July 2025, the Australian rebounded with consecutive unanimous decision victories over Anthony Velazquez and Denis Nurja.
