According to the survey, 54% of Ukrainians said they trust boxer Oleksandr Usyk, compared with 23% for former Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi and 21% for former President Petro Poroshenko.

“Over the past week, trust in Mykhailo Fedorov has risen from 35% to 65%, while trust in Oleksandr Syrskyi has fallen from 39% to 23%,” the researchers said.

The survey was conducted on July 20-21, 2026. A total of 1,000 respondents were interviewed using computer-assisted telephone interviewing, or CATI, and were selected through random sampling of mobile phone numbers.

The survey included Ukrainian residents age 18 and older in all regions except Russian-occupied territories and areas without Ukrainian mobile service at the time of the poll. The results were weighted using the latest data from Ukraine’s State Statistics Service.

The sample is representative by age, gender and type of settlement, with a margin of error of no more than 3.1 percentage points at a 95% confidence level.
