SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – Shreveport Police Property Crimes detectives are seeking the public’s help in locating a residential burglary suspect.

Shreveport police seek suspect in $5,750 home renovation theft

On July 3, 2026, a homeowner reportedly found Brandon Stevens stealing property inside the victim’s home in the 200 block of Topeka Street. Stevens allegedly fled the scene before officers arrived.

Stevens was identified through fingerprints recovered from the scene and faces one count of Simple Burglary of an Inhabited Dwelling.

The SPD urges anyone with information on Stevens’ whereabouts to contact them at 318-673-7300.
