Russell Wilson and Ciara celebrated 10 years of marriage, and they had an overseas vacation to mark the milestone.
“We had a good time. Vacation on the beach, St. Barts, baby,” Wilson told PEOPLE at Fanatics Fest on July 18.
“Ten years, it’s been amazing,” he added.

The couple got married at Peckforton Castle in Cheshire, England, on July 6, 2016, after dating for one year. The pair share four children: daughters Sienna Princess and Amora Princess and son Future Zahir (Ciara shares him with rapper Future from a previous relationship) and Win Harrison.
When asked how he keeps his marriage strong, Wilson responded, “A lot of praying and just a lot of love.”
He added that he’s willing to try for another child, “We have four amazing kids. I’m trying to see if she’ll let me have a fifth.”
Fans got a peak of their 10th anniversary celebration with a post on Instagram from the “Level Up” singer. She shared a video of snapshots her and Wilson throughout the years on date nights, embracing in a pool, and having a fun on a yacht.
“Since the first day we met…we haven’t stopped laughing, dancing, dating, holding hands, being passionate, praying, forgiving, and having the best time of our lives!” she wrote in the caption. “I remember saying Yes like it was yesterday, and I would say Yes all over again! Happy 10 Year Anniversary @DangeRussWilson. I’m so proud of us. I love you soooo much!”
Ciara reacts to Russell Wilson retirement announcement
As Wilson and Ciara celebrate being married for 10 years, they are embarking on a new chapter together as the Super Bowl champion will be in a new role for NFL season. After 14 years in the league, Wilson announced his retirement in a heartfelt video on social media.
Ciara responded to the news, writing in the comment section, “The best in the world! There’s only one, 3!”
She added: “Always so proud of you! It’s a true blessing to go on this journey with you! My greatest inspiration! I love you so much!”
Wilson will now be trading in his helmets and cleats for a suit and tie as he will step into his analyst role for CBS Sports. He will be on The NFL Today, replacing former quarterback Matt Ryan, who took a front office position with the Atlanta Falcons.
