Russell Wilson and Ciara are giving luxury home buyers a second chance to own one of Southern California’s most eye-catching celebrity estates.
The couple has reduced the asking price of their Rancho Santa Fe property to $45 million, nearly $10 million below its original listing price after the estate spent months on the market without finding a buyer. The move comes as the family continues reshaping its real estate portfolio following their relocation to the East Coast.
Known as Amor Estate, the nearly nine-acre compound was purchased by the couple for $14.5 million in 2021 before undergoing an extensive transformation.
Russell Wilson customized the property around his football career by replacing an equestrian arena with a full-size professional-style turf field, while Ciara added creative spaces including a dedicated recording studio. Together, the upgrades turned the estate into a private retreat designed around both work and family life.

The Mediterranean-inspired property spans roughly 30,000 square feet and includes a seven-bedroom main residence alongside a two-bedroom guesthouse. The updated price could generate renewed interest from affluent purchasers seeking a move-in-ready compound with rare recreational facilities.
The listing also marks another chapter for the high-profile couple as they continue adjusting their property holdings. Over the past few years, they have sold major homes in Washington while maintaining other luxury residences, showing a strategy that evolves alongside career and family priorities.
