Fast-growing Dutch Brothers Coffee chain will be opening a franchise in Madison.
SRS Real Estate Partners’ Birmingham office announced a new ground lease at The Shoppes of Madison in Madison. Dutch Bros Coffee will occupy a 33,232 square-foot outparcel next to Phil Sandoval’s Mexican Restaurant along U.S. Highway 72.
Dutch Bros Coffee is a known for its specialty coffee, handcrafted beverages, energetic customer service, and strong community focus. Founded in 1992 in Grants Pass, Ore., the company has grown to more than 1,000 locations nationwide and continues to expand into new markets.
“Dutch Bros Coffee is a tremendous addition to The Shoppes of Madison and a great complement to the center’s existing tenant lineup,” said Cooper Smith, vice president with SRS Real Estate Partners, in a news release. “The brand’s continued expansion reflects the strength of the Madison market and the appeal of well-positioned retail sites along Highway 72. We’re proud to help ownership continue building a dynamic retail destination, and the center continues to experience exceptionally strong leasing momentum.”
The Dutch Brothers menu includes favorites such as the Golden Eagle, an espresso with caramel and vanilla breve with caramel drizzle; the Caramelizer, an espresso with caramel and chocolate milk; the Annihilator, an espresso and chocolate macadamia nut breve; the Kicker, an espresso and Irish crème breve, as well as seasonal drinks.
