In honor of National Tequila Day, Matthew and Camila McConaughey's Pantalones tequila brand has teamed up with Tipsy Scoop Barlors.

National Tequila Day, which is Friday, July 24, will be especially sweet this year.

Matthew and Camila McConaughey's Pantalones Organic Tequila has teamed up with Tipsy Scoop Barlours on tequila-enhanced ice cream to coincide with the holiday. Limited-edition Pantalones Peaches & Cream Margarita Ice Cream is available now at all Tipsy Scoop Barlours by the scoop for $8.50 or in a take-home pint for $16. The ice cream is also available nationwide through online food delivery site Goldbelly as part of a four-pint pack for $109.95.

Infused with Pantalones Organic Reposado Tequila and a hint of lime, the fresh peach ice cream "captures the essence of a perfectly crafted peach margarita in every bite," according to a news release from the companies.

“Most margaritas are served on the rocks. This summer, we’re deciding to serve ours by the scoop,” said Persia Tatar, chief marketing officer for Pantalones Organic Tequila, in the release. “National Tequila Day is one of our favorite holidays, so partnering with Tipsy Scoop to turn a summer margarita into ice cream felt like a no brainer. It’s fun, unexpected, and proof that tequila belongs in more places than just your glass.”

Later this summer, the Tipsy Scoop Barlour location in Dallas will also add Pantalones Dallas Margarita Sorbet to its permanent menu ($8.50 per scoop and $16 per pint in-store).

More on the couple's Tequila brand

The McConaugheys have had fun with their tequila brand. "No. The world doesn’t need another celebrity Tequila," they said on the company's website when they debuted Pantalones nearly two years ago (and the comment is still there).

Back in November 2024, the couple released a new Pantalones ad spoofing the film "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days," the 2003 film starring McConaughey and Kate Hudson. In the ad entitled, "How to Lose Your Pants in 10 Ways," Alves wears a dress similar to the one Hudson wore in the movie's official poster. McConaughey is shown without pants with his lower body pixelated. This year, the pair released an ad titled “Official Tequila of Riding Bareback" in February 2026 for Valentine's Day.
