Joseph Duggar is set to stand trial in his child molestation case — and two of his family members have been named as witnesses.

According to Bay County Court records obtained by The U.S. Sun, Joseph’s in-laws Christina and Paul Caldwell — the mother and father of the 19 Kids & Counting alum’s wife Kendra Duggar — were named as witnesses and will be questioned on September 14.

Investigator Darrell “Chase” Norris and a man named Thomas Lowe were also listed as witnesses.

“There are only five witnesses listed in the case, one of which is of course the juvenile alleged victim, so realistically we’re looking at only four witnesses to be deposed minus any court order allowing a deposition of the alleged victim,” Joseph’s lawyer, Albert J. Sauline III, said in court earlier this month, per The U.S. Sun.

Joseph, 31, is accused of child molestation stemming from an incident that allegedly occurred during a family vacation to Florida in 2020. He was arrested in March after being confronted by the victim’s father.

The disgraced reality star was charged with lewd or lascivious molestation involving a child under the age of 12.

Despite allegedly admitting to the father that he had inappropriately touched the young girl, Joseph pleaded not guilty and was released on bond.

“The victim stated Duggar eventually apologized for his actions and the incidents stopped after the apology,” the Bay County Sheriff’s Department alleged.

While he is not behind bars, Joseph is banned from unsupervised contact with minors, including the four children he shares with Kendra, 27.

Joseph is due back in court in September.
