Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo aren’t interested in taking advice on the terms of their divorce.

The “Save Me” singer, 41, and podcast host, 46, finalized their divorce on July 17, two months after filing in Williamson County, Tennessee. Within the court records, the two split due to irreconcilable differences.

Despite separating, Jelly Roll and Bunnie still plan to be very present in each other’s lives. During a since-deleted episode of her Dumb Blonde podcast, Bunnie revealed the two are “still having a baby together” via surrogate.

“We’re going to co-parent together,” she said.

According to the former couple’s settlement, obtained by People, both Jelly and Bunnie were “separately advised” by their lawyers on the process involved with having children together in the midst of their divorce.

They were told there could be “consequences” with attempting to have children together while dissolving their marriage “due to evolving technology and case law; as well as the ‘interim category’ of interest afforded to said genetic materials.”

Jelly Roll and Bunny then recognized their legal counsel were not experts “with regard to genetic and reproductive rights” and were “advised” to seek additional advice from “qualified experts.”

Nevertheless, the former couple “specifically chose not to seek such counsel.”

They also waived legal counsel on tax, real estate and social security matters.

Days after settling their separation, a source said Jelly Roll, whose real name is Jason DeFord, went about the divorce in a way that reflects his giving character. The singer is reportedly “a very generous person by nature and wanted to make sure the divorce was handled fairly and respectfully.

“There was never any desire to drag the process out,” the source claimed. “They both wanted to handle the divorce with respect for one another.”

Bunnie and Jelly Roll first met backstage at a concert in August 2015. Their connection hadn’t turned romantic until the following summer. The two had only been dating for a month before they got married in Las Vegas.

They were married for 10 years before deciding to go their separate ways. The podcast host previously said their dynamic had changed drastically from just “two kids who had a dream” to who they are today.
