A pair of Golden Retrievers can't contain just how happy they are to see their parents the moment they returned from a 10-day vacation.
In a TikTok video, two dogs named Frank and George were ecstatic to see their parents when they picked them up from the kennel. In the video, the pair jumped up excitedly when they saw their parents at each gate at the kennel. Frank and George ran up to them excitedly and got plenty of pets from their parents.
When they arrived home, both Frank and George were so excited to be back, they rubbed on anything and everything they could. The pair looked absolutely delighted to be back and be rewarded with plenty of rubs and pets. At one point, they just lay there, feeling extra content while they got extra love from their family.
In the comments, people absolutely loved the adorable moment the pair made it home, with someone laughing about the "amount of gates" they both had to cross to finally get to their family.

"I just know they had the best nap when they got home," one person noted, while another said that they loved the way "all of their friends were saying bye" to them as they left.
"All the other doggies peaking up is so cute," another person even noted as they were headed back to their family. Others called the moment "heaven" as they finally made it back home, with one person adding, "The best part about coming home…every…time."
Do Dogs Really Miss Us When We're Gone?
While it's definitely known that pet parents miss their dogs, studies have shown that dogs also miss their parents, too, but it might not be in the way we think.
According to Rover, dogs "notice we’re not there," rather than feeling sad the way we do when we miss our pets. But the moment we return, "they show us how happy they are." There's also no specific timeframe for when a dog will miss their parents, and each dog is different in how they express that.
Some signs that your dog missed you include acting hyper when you come home, bringing you toys, licking your face to express their excitement, and following you around and staying close when you're back. While it's cute to know your dog misses you, sometimes separation anxiety can be too much, so there are plenty of ways to make sure your pup isn't too lonely when you're gone.
Before you leave your dog, make sure to give them plenty of time outside, one-on-one time, interactive toys, and feed them before you leave. Planning extra time with your pup before you leave, no matter how long, will help them cope with your absence better in the long run.
