President Donald Trump attended the dignified transfer of troops who were killed over the weekend in Jordan and Iraq.
The president was at Dover Air Force Base in Delaware on Wednesday for the solemn ceremony. This marks the third dignified transfer that Trump has attended since he started the war with Iran on February 28.
Trump’s often talked about aide, Natalie Harper, was pictured at the event, prompting social media users to viciously troll her as the president’s designated “diaper nurse.” It comes after Trump's assistant was told to 'change his diaper' in an awkward moment caught on camera.

Harper, who previously made headlines as a Trump loyalist often by the president’s side, was given the nickname after social media users accused the president of wearing a diaper at the World Cup Final.
The accusations against the 80-year-old commander in chief were lobbed when Trump was seen standing alongside Spain Sunday as they lifted the World Cup trophy — a moment that drew sharp criticism for appearing reluctant to step aside and allow the team to celebrate.
That video, taken and posted to X by Trump assistant Margo Martin, prompted users to lob diaper-wearing accusations at Trump while mocking Martin and Harp.
Addressing Martin directly, one X user asked, "You change his diaper or did you fight Natalie [Harp] for it?
Today’s event marked similar criticism, this time directed at Harp.
“That's his nurse: she gives him his meds & changes his diaper,” one X user wrote.
“Diaper nurse,” another added.
“I think she's grandpa's caretaker,” a third quipped.
Four U.S. soldiers killed in renewed strikes
The bodies of two U.S. Army soldiers killed in Iranian missile and drone attacks in Jordan were returned to the U.S. The remains of a third service member, who is believed to be the soldier missing after the Jordan attacks, were also returned, as well as the remains of a soldier killed in Iran during an Iranian drone attack.
James Feehan, 25, of Ewa Beach, Hawaii, and Isabella Gonzales, 19, of Carrollton, Texas, were killed in Jordan in Friday’s attack.
The soldier who disappeared after the Jordan attacks and was confirmed deceased is Angel S. Rampersad, 28, of Ozone Park, New York, the Defense Department said.
The soldier killed in Iraq was identified as Michael Emmanuel Swinton, 30, who lived in Spring Lake, North Carolina.
It comes after Trump was humiliated by a World Cup star in a painful moment that was caught on cameras.
