Caleb Wilson Gets his First Accolade!
Chicago Bulls’ fourth overall pick in the 2026 NBA Draft, Caleb Wilson, made his presence felt in his first taste of NBA action.
Over four NBA Summer League games, Wilson averaged 23.5 points, 7.3 rebounds, 2.5 blocks, 1.8 assists, and 1.3 steals per game while shooting 50 percent from the field and 41.9 percent from beyond the arc. He also averaged 5.3 turnovers per game and shot 33.3 percent from the free-throw line.
Everything he showcased, from his ability to score the ball and deliver highlight-reel plays to making unreal defensive possessions, helped him earn recognition as one of the five best players in Summer League. He also showcased a new part of his game with his impressive three-point shooting, knocking down more threes in Las Vegas than he did during his entire freshman season at North Carolina.
There were still a few areas of concern, but those can be taken with a grain of salt considering it’s NBA Summer League. Regardless, it’s a well-deserved accolade despite the Bulls’ overall record.
