Caitlin Clark and Kelsey Mitchell shared an on-court moment during the Indiana Fever-New York Liberty game. Mitchell knocked down a three-pointer despite getting fouled, which hyped Clark and the Gainbridge Fieldhouse crowd.

They had a fun exchange that showed a lot of chemistry between the Fever's star backcourt duo. The 2024 No. 1 pick addressed reporters on Monday and discussed the play, as well as Mitchell's unexpected burst of joy.

"Yeah, it's just cute," Clark said. "I don't know if she's ever surprised by what she does, but even that three, I think she was almost a little surprised that it went in.

"It was just one of those plays where it's like, 'Dang.' It's one of those nights where you're really feeling it. You're really in the zone and to finish through contact like that was pretty fun. I actually had probably the best view of it 'cause I was trailing right behind her. So, it was pretty cool and obviously got the crowd into it too."

Next up for Indiana is another home fixture on Wednesday versus the Connecticut Sun. Mitchell, Clark and Co. will aim to extend their winning streak to three games and improve their season record to 17-10.
