Webb County departments displaced from the Billy Hall Administration Building have remained in temporary locations since early July as repairs continue following water damage to the facility.
Webb County Public Information Officer Larry Sanchez said crews continue to repair the building, including removing damaged walls and carpeting.
County officials have not provided a timeline for when renovations will be completed or when the affected departments will return to the building.
"As of today, there is no timeline as to when displaced departments will be able to return to the Billy Hall Administration Building," the county said. "At the present time, some of the displaced departments from the Billy Hall Building are using the former Sheriff's Office building."
The building's closure also prompted Webb County to extend utility assistance deadlines for residents of La Presa, a census-designated place along Mangana-Hein Road.
