WWE has already bid farewell to three future Hall of Famers this year in Shamus, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods. Now, they're reportedly in danger of losing a fourth.
Aside from Sheamus and The New Day, WWE has already parted ways with other notable talents like the Wyatt Sicks stable, Aleister Black, Zelina Vega, Apollo Crews, Dexter Lumis, Kairi Sane and Malik Blade.
According to a new report from Fightful Select, it's believed that Bayley's WWE contract "is up by the end of the year, if injury time isn’t added." Sources told Fightful that Bayley hasn't signed a new deal, though it's "expected that the company would want to retain her."
F4WOnline.com also reports that it's unclear when exactly Bayley's contract ends, though it's believed "to be in Q4" of this year. Presumably, that would be around October.
For what it's worth, Bayley is close friends with AEW star Mercedes Moné, who competed as "Sasha Banks" in WWE. Moné left WWE in 2022 because of creative differences, and it's hard to think AEW wouldn't have interest in Bayley (real name Pamela Martinez) if she tested free agency.

If Bayley were to leave WWE, there would be no shortage of interest from other promotions. AEW immediately stands out, but Impact Wrestling could also be a threat to sign her.
Bayley's accomplishments in WWE speak for themselves: two Women's Championships, two WWE SmackDown Women's Championships and one NXT Women's Championship. She also won the 2019 women's Money in the Bank ladder match and the 2024 women's Royal Rumble match, further strengthening a Hall of Fame resume.
