Things are different for the New York Giants with John Harbaugh in town. And one of his tasks will be dealing with Cam Skattebo’s antics. Can everything come together this year? Adam Schefter’s playoff prediction comes with major caveats.
Schefter planted the scenario, according to a post on X by the Pat McAfee Show.
“If Jaxson Dart, Cam Skattebo, and Malik Nabers are all healthy, the Giants are gonna be a playoff team,” Schefter said. “I really think they can go to the playoffs.”

What are the reasons the Giants might not soar?
Here’s the list, according to Schefter.
“Jaxson Dart takes too many hits,” Schefter said. “And Malik Nabers is coming off the knee injury. Cam Skattebo is doing back flips at Fanatics Fest. If those three guys are healthy on the field for the better part of 17 games, they’re gonna make a real playoff run.”
Harbaugh poked fun at Skattebo for the mis-flip, according to the “Bleav in Giants” podcast via ESPN.
“Dude, at least stick it,” Harbaugh said. “You know what I mean? Land the thing if you’re gonna do it.”
But Harbaugh said he believes Skattebo will be ready when the games begin.
“[Skattebo] is gonna be ready to go,” Harbaugh said. “He’s been working super hard. He’s really been training like crazy. And his mind is on camp. You know he’s healthy, he’s ready to roll. And I can’t wait to see him out there at practice.”
Dart said he believes the Giants have a new culture this season, according to a post on X by Anthony Rivardo.
“His identity starts in the trenches,” Dart said. “And that’s what he wants to build the team around; our physicality and our toughness. It definitely starts with the big boys up front.
“I think the biggest change has been the culture. How Harbs establishes the camaraderie between the team, the coaching staff, the standard. It’s a different feeling. It’s a different feeling, a refreshing feeling. And I think we’re all really excited.”
