Jason Aldean’s “Don’t Tell On Me” is spending a second straight week at No. 1 on the Mediabase country radio singles chart, giving the country star another major career milestone as he begins his 2026 Songs About Us Tour.
The song led the Mediabase country chart for the July 12-18 tracking period and remained the panel’s most played and heard song. Its second week at the top comes as Aldean starts a new run of live shows tied to his latest album, Songs About Us.
The chart result also marks an important point in Aldean’s long career. According to the provided chart information, “Don’t Tell On Me” is his 50th Country Airplay entry and his 27th No. 1. It is also his first multiweek No. 1 since “Trouble with a Heartbreak” stayed at the top for three weeks in May 2022.

The latest chart result comes during a busy stretch for the Georgia native. Aldean has launched his Songs About Us Tour with three consecutive sold-out shows in Bangor, Maine; Holmdel, New Jersey and Bethel, New York, according to Entertainment Focus.
The strong opening puts his latest radio success alongside a packed 2026 concert schedule, with Aldean performing songs from across his career as well as material from his newest album.

Morgan Wallen’s “Don’t We” moved up one spot to No. 2. Ella Langley and Wallen’s “I Can’t Love You Anymore” climbed to No. 3, while Luke Combs’ “Be By You” rose to No. 4. Bailey Zimmerman’s “Chevy Silverado” rounded out the top five after moving up one place to No. 5.
For Aldean, the latest success adds another chapter to a career built around major country radio hits. His catalog includes songs such as “Hicktown,” “Big Green Tractor,” “Dirt Road Anthem,” “Fly Over States,” “Burnin’ It Down,” “You Make It Easy,” “Try That in a Small Town,” “Whiskey Drink” and “Trouble with a Heartbreak.”
The current No. 1 also arrives during the release cycle for Songs About Us, Aldean’s 12th album. The album was released in April and followed the earlier single “How Far Does a Goodbye Go.”
Aldean’s latest tour is supporting the album while also giving fans a chance to hear some of his biggest hits from the past two decades.
The opening shows featured a 20-plus-song set that included “Hicktown,” “Amarillo Sky,” “Big Green Tractor,” “Take a Little Ride,” “Burnin’ It Down,” “Trouble with a Heartbreak,” “Don’t Tell On Me,” “Try That in a Small Town,” “You Make It Easy,” “Dirt Road Anthem,” “My Kinda Party” and “She’s Country.”
The Songs About Us Tour is scheduled as a 22-city North American run. After opening in Bangor, the tour includes stops in Wichita, Oklahoma City, Kansas City, Ridgefield, Nampa, Wheatland, Fresno, Cincinnati, Bossier City, Brandon, Orange Beach, Virginia Beach, Wantagh, Hartford, Hamilton, Syracuse and Camden.
The tour is set to finish with two shows in Gilford, New Hampshire, on Sept. 25 and 26.
Chase Matthew, Mackenzie Carpenter and Dee Jay Silver are among the supporting acts on the tour, with Elizabeth Nichols also joining for one date.
The tour comes after Aldean’s international 2026 Full Throttle World Tour, which included his first headlining shows in New Zealand and a return to Australia after more than a decade.
The singer is also using the tour's opening weekend to look back at some of the albums that helped shape his career. His self-titled 2005 debut, My Kinda Party from 2010 and They Don’t Know from 2016 are set for their first-ever vinyl releases on September 18.
Those albums represent different stages of Aldean’s career. His debut introduced songs such as “Hicktown” and “Amarillo Sky,” while My Kinda Party helped establish him as a major country star. They Don’t Know arrived during another successful period and included hits such as “Lights Come On” and “A Little More Summertime.”
As “Don’t Tell On Me” begins a second week at No. 1, Aldean is continuing to add to a career that has produced dozens of country radio hits. The song’s latest chart run now gives him another multiweek leader while his 2026 tour brings that music to fans across North America.
