Kai Trump is sharing secrets on her impressive six-pack abs and physique as she prepares to play college golf with the Miami Hurricanes.

Kai Trump is one of the fastest-growing names in YouTube, in addition to the fact that she’s the U.S. president’s granddaughter.

However, the rising social media talent is making waves for her impressive diet and figure after a recent interview with Fox News Digital. Trump continues to prepare for her first college golf season with the Miami Hurricanes.

The 19 year old is preparing to join the Hurricanes for the 2026-27 college golf season. Meanwhile, Trump’s six-pack abs routine continues to draw lots of attention after recently stealing the show at The ESPYs.

“I weigh 120 pounds and I probably eat around 150 grams of protein,” she reveals in an Fox News Digital interview. “[I] eat a lot of sustainable carbs and work out a lot.

“No matter what I’m doing, I always have like 40 grams of protein in the morning through a shake or something, just so I have it in my system.”

YouTube, golf fuel Trump’s aspirations

Trump is the eldest grandchild of Donald Trump, however, she’s clearly carving out her own path away from politics.

Kai joined WWE star Logan Paul’s “Impaulsive” show months ago and stated that she has no interest in following in her grandfather’s footsteps in that professional realm.

However, Trump’s golf career very much aligns with president Trump. The Youtuber has over 1.5 million subscribers and continues to take her golf game serious before college.

“I literally told them, ‘I have seven months before I return to golf, we’re getting a six-pack,’” Trump stated. “And I got a six-pack literally just by prioritizing the right foods and working out.”

Trump even appeared at the 2025 Annika tournament, which features many top LPGA professional players. It’s unclear if she has professional aspirations after her Miami days, but she certainly could pursue that path.

Meanwhile, Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy revealed in recent months that he invited Trump and WNBA talent Caitlin Clark to the next Internet Invitational. It’s unclear if either leading female will attend the star-driven event.
