A few weeks earlier, reports emerged that the popular tennis player was in a relationship with a South Korean DJ star.

The 30-year-old has not addressed the romance rumors, but the media remains highly interested in their relationship and eager to find out whether the two are actually romantically involved.

Peggy Gou is a DJ known for hits like "(It Goes Like) Nanana", "It Makes You Forget (Itgehane)" and many other hits that have a large number of views. Speculation about their relationship began when photos of the same dessert were shared on the same night, while Gou shared a photo of a tennis racket keychain on her Instagram profile.

This famous duo was recently spotted partying in Ibiza, fueling rumors of their relationship. Fans are now excited about the possibility that the famous tennis player and the famous DJ star are in a relationship, but there is still no confirmation from either Berrettini or Gou.

His relationships

Matteo Berrettini has been in relationships with several very successful and famous women from the worlds of tennis, fashion and music. His longest and most famous relationship in the tennis world was with Australian tennis player Ajla Tomljanovic.

The couple spent almost three years together, from 2019 to spring 2022, and often attracted attention with joint appearances and support at tournaments.

After that breakup, the media briefly linked him to Italian model and television presenter Melissa Satta. In early 2023, he began a relationship with famous Italian TV presenter Melissa Satta, but this relationship ended in an amicable breakup in February 2024.

After her, Berrettini was in a more private relationship with Italian influencer Federica Lelli. During 2025, he dated Italian professional dancer Vanessa Bellini, with whom he remained until the beginning of the summer of 2026.

Who is Peggy Gou?

Peggy Gou is a South Korean DJ, music producer and fashion icon based in Berlin who has become a global cultural phenomenon. She achieved global popularity and a wider commercial breakthrough with her 2023 mega hit "(It Goes Like) Nanana", which was one of the biggest summer dance singles in the world.

Before that, she made a name for herself in electronic music circles with underground club anthems such as 2018's "It Makes You Forget (Itgehane)" and "Starry Night". Her signature musical style, often referred to as "K-house", combines classic 90s house beats, techno and post-disco, often incorporating her own Korean vocals.

She owns the independent record label Gudu Records, and in June 2024 she released her acclaimed debut studio album "I Hear You", on which she also collaborated with American star Lenny Kravitz.

In addition to an exceptional musical career, she has also established herself as a global fashion icon. She studied fashion in London and worked as an editor for Harper's Bazaar Korea before dedicating herself fully to music.

Today, she fills the main stages of the world's biggest festivals such as Coachella and Glastonbury, recognizable for her eccentric clothing style and the energy with which she combines underground club culture with mainstream pop popularity.

Matteo Berrettini's season

Matteo Berrettini's 2026 season was marked by a remarkable return to form and a return to the top 50 of the ATP rankings, but his season is again under a big question mark due to chronic injury problems.

In early June, Berrettini played his best tournament in recent years. After falling out of the top 100 due to previous injury breaks, he scored a string of impressive victories in Paris and reached his first Grand Slam quarter-final appearance since 2022. Unfortunately, in his quarter-final match against compatriot Matteo Arnaldi, he was forced to retire in the second set due to a hip injury.

Despite the hip problems, he managed to recover for the London grass courts. In the first round, he defeated veteran Stan Wawrinka in an epic four-set tie-break match, and then defeated Arthur Fils. His journey ended in the third round after a tough five-set battle against Grigor Dimitrov.

After Wimbledon, the hip pain intensified again. Because of this, he officially withdrew from the clay-court tournaments in Gstaad and Kitzbühel. He decided to take a break to fully recover and prepare for the North American summer hard-court swing and the upcoming US Open.
