DUNNELLON, Fla. (WFLA) — A man was arrested after deputies said he threatened to “kill everyone” at a bar in Dunnellon on July 17.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Office said its deputies responded to Swampy’s Bar and Grill in reference to a disturbance.
Deputies learned that Christopher Rabenort was intoxicated and yelled that he was “going to shoot and kill everyone,” MCSO said.
Rabenort was located in the driver’s seat of his vehicle in the parking lot, and deputies “observed obvious indicators of impairment,” according to the sheriff’s office.
Body camera video shows Rabenort resisting arrest. He was then taken to jail, where he refused to provide a breath sample.
