She's annoyed despite lying down on what appears to be a very fuzzy, comfy white blanket, with someone she loves beside her, who is behind the camera. And if you had the video muted, you might not understand the message written on the video, which reads, "I'm not allowed to bark, but this is how she sounds when she's with her friends."

Unmute the clip, and you instantly understand because the background sound is a group of people giggling away at a very loud volume. They're clearly having a good time, but Daisy isn't, and her facial expression says it all.
In the comments, people reacted not only to Daisy's hilarious face in this clip, but also to how annoyed she appears to be, hearing her mom and her friends laughing hilariously, too.

Science Says Dogs React to Their Human's Voice Like a Baby Would
It's really fun to see how much personality Daisy has, and the look she gives her mom while she's talking and laughing is so perfectly sassy. And she very likely understands what she's saying, too, at least according to science.
IFL Science reported on a 2021 study published in the journal NeuroImage, which found that dogs benefit not only from interacting with their humans but also from listening to their voices. Hearing their favorite human's voice makes them feel good.
Dogs who were more deeply bonded to their parents showed an even stronger brain response, leading the research team to conclude that pups not only recognize their humans' voices when they can't see them, but also find it rewarding—even if it's not praise.
The findings suggest that the relationship between a dog and their human is very similar to the bond that happens between a mom and their human baby, too.
So, even though Daisy isn't too happy with her mom's voice right now, the two share a sweet bond.
