A runaway pig turned a routine Tuesday afternoon into a high-stakes barnyard hustle, prompting a team of Florida deputies to wrangle the rogue pig.
The wild scene began when a frantic driver called dispatch to report that the pig had busted straight through his trailer near the intersection of US-17 and State Road 220.
Deputies with the Clay County Sheriff's Office arrived to find the large, stubborn animal wandering near the brush. Bodycam footage captured the chaotic and incredibly loud bust as the pig let out ear-piercing squeals, resisting a makeshift blue rope leash.

It ultimately took a coordinated effort of four people to lift, pull, and nudge the heavy animal back up the trailer ramp.
Once the gate was locked tight, the owner let out a sigh of relief and thanked the deputies. As the dust settled, one responding officer laughed on camera, noting that a pig-wrangling call was definitely a first for them.
