Popular internet personalities and social media influencers Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate have been charged with a total of 59 offenses. The siblings stand accused of multiple allegations, including r—, s—– abuse, choking and hitting women they met on several occasions. The brothers were arrested on July 19 by U.S. Marshals, following a U.K. extradition request.

In the meantime, the UK Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) announced 38 new charges against the Tate brothers. The development came days after prosecutors approved the case. On July 20, Andrew and Tate made their first appearance in handcuffs and shackles. The two remain in custody in Florida and have challenged their extradition.

New Horrific Claims Made By Women Against Andrew Tate

According to reports, additional UK charges have been filed against Andrew. These include seven counts of r—, three counts of arranging or facilitating s—– exploitation for trafficking, and three counts of assault causing bodily harm.

Additionally, he faces 19 charges related to child pornography. These new charges were filed before the brothers’ extradition proceedings and do not apply to Tristan Tate, who faces a total of 17 charges. Andrew Tate faces 42 charges in the UK.

The newly unsealed findings quote women who claim that Andrew strangled them, repeatedly, causing red spots in their eyes, which can indicate burst capillaries from prolonged choking. One woman alleged that he strangled her, whipped her with a belt, and pointed a gun at her face.

Tate Brothers Accused Of Choking Multiple Women

Previous unsealed filings against the Tate brothers date to alleged encounters with several women between 2012 and 2015. Many of the accusers allege the brothers engaged in violent behavior during sexual encounters, including rape.

One woman said Andrew Tate pinned her down during an encounter in Manchester in 2014, adding that she feared he would not stop and might kill her. Another woman alleged that he placed her in a chokehold so tight that she lost consciousness before raping her.

A separate accuser alleged that Tristan Tate repeatedly choked her until she lost consciousness and then slapped her awake. She said this behavior occurred throughout their relationship, which began in 2012.

Tate Brothers Deny Allegations, Defense Hints Political Manipulation

Despite the allegations, the Tate brothers have denied all accusations.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Lauren Louis scheduled a hearing for July 27, 2026, to determine whether extradition conditions have been met. In the meantime, defense attorney Joseph McBride said the case against his clients is politically motivated. “They’ve done nothing wrong. They shouldn’t be extradited for crimes they did not commit,” McBride said.

However, British prosecutors said they have strong evidence and witness statements supporting the charges.

Prosecutors are also reviewing a 2019 YouTube video featuring Andrew Tate, which they consider relevant to the case. In the video, he allegedly said, “Choke her so she can barely breathe. Tell her she’s yours forever. They’re going to believe it. You can program them.”
