A senior pup named Titan is searching for a steady family after months at a Los Angeles shelter. In an Instagram video shared by Brynn of brynnalexanderdogs, the 8-year-old Husky mix appears in kennel clips, yard moments, and foster footage. The post says a kind human gave him a Fourth of July break, which helped volunteers show who he becomes inside a home.
Shelter dog shows his true personality in temporary foster home
Titan is an 8-year-old male weighing 56 pounds and is at the North Central Animal Services Center. Brynn wrote that there are “absolutely fantastic dogs” who sit in shelters for months. The shelter dog has now become one of the longest residents. The reel begins with Titan walking back toward his kennel as on-screen text reads, “He asked for help.”
The video then shows why that plea feels so urgent. The caption says Titan has already been at the shelter for seven months. Another says he is “reaching his limit.” After a short-term foster break, he seemed to be losing hope. Still, the foster clips reveal a different side of him. He enjoyed being near his person, resting inside, watching shows, and seeing the world.
His foster mom called him the sweetest boy and an excellent adventure buddy. The post says he can run, hike, ride in the car, play fetch, and settle beside someone. Titan knows “sit” and “paw,” responds well, and enjoys treats. He struggles with separation anxiety, so volunteers want a Husky-experienced home that can guide him with patience.
