Real Agave, a modern Mexican taqueria, is expected to hold its soft opening as early as July 30.
The restaurant, located at 1017 Century Drive in Edwardsville, will serve Mexican food, including street tacos, tortas and quesadillas, and have a full bar featuring specialty cocktails.
Owners Ramon Mata, Oscar Rodriguez and Santiago Sanchez said they are focused on using high-quality ingredients. They hope to begin the soft opening July 30 or July 31 and expect it to last about a week.
