Philadelphia Phillies star pitcher Zack Wheeler reportedly sold his penthouse apartment in the Soho neighborhood of New York City for $26 million, per Mary K. Jacob of the New York Post.

Philadelphia Phillies star pitcher Zack Wheeler reportedly sold his penthouse apartment in the Soho neighborhood of New York City for $26 million, per Mary K. Jacob of the New York Post.

Per that report, "The sale works out to nearly $5,400 per square foot, the highest average price per square foot recorded in the trendy neighborhood over the past five years."

The Wheelers reportedly paid $16 million for the property in 2024 and "poured money and design work into a full renovation."

The 36-year-old is 10-1 this season with a 2.13 ERA, 0.89 WHIP and 108 strikeouts in 93 innings.
