Paddy Pimblett delivered his biggest Octagon performance to date with a stunning submission finish over Benoit Saint Denis at UFC 329 and “Baddy” is already reaping the benefits.
Outside of earning millions of new fight fans and a $100K post-fight bonus check, Pimblett may have landed himself a high-profile acting gig after his standout victory last weekend. After all, Pimblett’s submission win came in the co-main event on a Conor McGregor-led fight card. It doesn’t get any bigger than that unless Pimblett had defeated “Notorious” himself.
In any case, it appears big things are on the horizon for Pimblett, who is easily one of UFC’s biggest stars right now.
Earlier this week, UFC CEO Dana White sat down with Spinnin Backfist to discuss a multitude of topics. Pimblett’s name was eventually brought up and White confirmed that “Baddy” is in fact one of the biggest names the promotion has right now. Furthermore, White revealed that the producers of the hit show, MobLand, reached out to him after UFC 329 and requested the acting services of Pimblett.
