Cookbook author and TV personality Molly Yeh teamed up with the fan-favorite retailer to create an eye-catching collection.
Known for her farm-to-table recipes and aesthetic, Molly Yeh, cookbook author, blogger, and TV personality, has partnered with Anthropologie Home to create a cozy, Midwest-inspired kitchen collection. Yeh, who first became known for her lifestyle and food blog My Name Is Yeh, is a New York Times bestselling cookbook author and host of Food Network’s Girl Meets Farm.
Launching on July 22, the collection will offer 25 different kitchen and tabletop items ranging from decorative bakeware and serving bowls to aprons and tea towels. Inspired by Yeh’s multi-cultural heritage and life on her sugar beet farm, the pieces feature whimsical vegetable motifs, pops of primary colors, and intricate botanical patterns.
Yeh’s Inspiration for the Collection
Aside from the art adorning the bakeware and towels, Yeh’s lifestyle and personality are also infused into the assortment’s physical design. A miniature butter barn and cat-shaped utensil holder inspired by her cat Sven are just a few examples.
“Designing this collection gave me the chance to bring together so many of the things that make a house like home to me, including life on our fifth-generation farm, my husband’s Scandinavian heritage, cozy Midwestern potluck-style meals shared with friends and family, vintage kitchen treasures, and playful color,” Yeh says in an Anthropologie press release.
Designed to make hosting simple, the collection includes pieces that are meant to go from the prep counter to the oven, straight to the table. In a blend of practicality and design, Yeh says she hopes the pieces can be used, loved, and passed down for generations.
Anthro’s New Cooking Series
To coincide with the collection’s launch, Anthropologie will debut a new YouTube series, Chef to Chef, where chefs and culinary creators showcase fresh recipes and entertaining ideas and tips. The first episode will feature Yeh and Philadelphia-based chef and food artist Judd Hayne, in which they’ll prepare a Yeh-signature dish using items from the new collection.
