PSA for fans of Molly Yeh’s Girl Meets Farm! Molly is launching a home collection at Anthropologie, and I’ve got the deets (or dare I say beets) on all the goodies.
As someone who’s followed Molly Yeh since the early days of her food blog—before she had a television show and even before she got married!—it’s been exciting to follow her journey from blogger and chef to cookbook author and television host. And she’s done it all while giving us snippets of her life and family on their fifth-generation sugar beet farm.
As a baker, I’ve always loved Molly’s baking recipes with their sweet, whimsical decorations. I’ve come to associate her with rich and playful colors, which seem to be infused into everything from cake designs to homemade sprinkles to branding for her website and cookbooks.
I love that those same vibrant hues and details are sprinkled throughout this collection, which makes it recognizably Molly’s and also exactly the kind of fun and whimsical product line you’d find at Anthropologie.
This 25-piece kitchen and tabletop collection includes everything from mixing bowls, measuring spoons, and baking dishes to a utensil holder inspired by her beloved cat, Sven. I zeroed in immediately on the butter dish shaped like a barn. Ingenious. There’s a dark and elegant wooden cake stand that is just begging for me, specifically, to bake a cake just so I can display something on it. And all of the bakeware, dessert plates, and textiles (including the sweetest tea towels and apron) feature a joyful beet-inspired pattern reflecting life on the farm.
Two things stand out to me about this collection (besides how genuinely delightful everything is). First is that the stoneware baking dishes are designed so you can mix and prep right in the dish, which lets you use the same pan from prepping to cooking to serving. They’re doing double and triple duty! The second is that the items in this collection are perfect for all kinds of occasions, but they’re practical for daily use as well. Don’t just keep them packed in the cabinet for a special gathering. Use them to brighten up your weeknight cooking, too!
“Designing this collection gave me the chance to bring together so many of the things that make a house feel like home to me, including life on our fifth-generation farm, my husband’s Scandinavian heritage, cozy Midwestern potluck-style meals shared with family and friends, vintage kitchen treasures, and playful color,” Molly said. “My hope is that these pieces bring joy to everyday moments and become cherished favorites that are used, loved, and passed down for generations.”
