Matt Damon is flexing a major secret about his arms in The Odyssey.

After Happy Sad Confused podcast host Joshua Horowitz congratulated Damon on his acting, his beard, and “the greatest bicep” he had seen “outside of a Hemsworth” brother, the Oscar winner admitted that someone else did his heavy lifting. His stunt double for Christopher Nolan’s latest movie was a woman with impressive biceps.

“When we did the forced perspective stuff of the Laestrygonians ... there were these stunt men who were all seven feet. And then they got stuntmen who were under five feet” Damon, who portrays Odysseus, began.

“My double was a woman, a female stunt performer — who had the greatest arms I’ve ever seen. And when she came into the catering tent the first time I met her, I went up and hugged her, and I thanked her for the all the work she’d put in.”

“There are those shots in the movie where you see these giants looming over me...so it was almost 100 percent my arms in the movie, but you gotta give it up where it’s due.”

Devyn Dalton commented, “It was my honour to double @matt_damon_official ♥️.” Dalton’s IMDb credits include stunt work for The Odyssey and in television series Once Upon a Time, The Last of Us, The Fall of the House of Usher, and Percy Jackson and the Olympians,

Damon’s routine to get in shape for the movie resulted in him returning to his high school weight of 167 pounds, he told PEOPLE.

“It was more about just getting really, really physically fit, which just really involves changing your diet, just a whole lifestyle change,” he admitted in the magazine’s July cover story. “You have to just be very, very intentional about everything you’re putting in your body.”

Damon also called it the “most challenging movie I’ve ever been a part of.”
