Nicolandria is parting ways beyond the villa.
More than one year after Love Island USA season seven runners-up Olandria Carthen and Nic Vansteenberghe explored their connection in Fiji, they have broken up, E! News can confirm.
The update comes nearly three months after Nic shared a glimpse into their relationship, including their actual anniversary date, which they decided was following their steamy first kiss during the season premiere.
"I think we count our one year, maybe the first challenge—we'll count it," he told E! News in April. "We don't really know. I don't think we knew what day it was."
Although the 25-year-old admitted that he and Olandria hadn't made definitive plans to celebrate their milestone at the time, he was ready to shower her with gifts. As he teased, "She gets what she wants."
Nic and Olandria—who coupled up after both were set to go home following their eliminations during Casa Amor—became a fan-favorite on the dating competition show as their slow-burn romance began to take shape.

It was a messy season for the duo as Nic's connection with Cierra Ortega came to an end after she was removed from the villa for uncovered posts of her using a racial slur. Meanwhile, Olandria's romance with Taylor Williams fizzled out after the cowboy chose to couple up with now-girlfriend Clarke Carraway.
Since finding love in Fiji, Olandria, 28, admitted that navigating their romance in the public eye has been challenging, especially as fans speculated what goes on behind closed doors.
"Even when we were at Coachella, people in the comments were like, 'Oh, I just needed proof that they saw each other this week,'" she told Cosmopolitan in June. "Why are you so invested in people that don't know you? That part kind of creeps me out, because I'm never that invested in someone's relationship, and I'm not living for the internet. I don't always post what people want me to or always do what people want me to do."
In fact, the model, whose last public outing with Nic was at Coachella in April, emphasized that they had chosen to keep some of the spotlight off their relationship.
"We don't monetize our relationship or put it on display," Olandria added. "If you genuinely like spending quality time with somebody, it shouldn't involve a camera every two seconds. We enjoy each other's presence and do what normal people do: go out, have fun, and get to know each other."
